2025 Registration Fees and Information

​

​

Full Registration - Sunday-Friday

  • double occupancy room - $500 (subject to change) 

  • single occupancy room - $750 (subject to change)​ 

 

What's included?

  • Lodging 

  • Daily meals

  • Choice of classes and field trips* (some field trips require additional fees)

  • Thursday awards ceremony

  • Institute T-shirt

  • Tote bag, note pad and door prizes

​COMMUTER Registration - $250 (subject to change) Sunday to Friday

   

What's included?

  •     Daily meals (no lodging)

  •     Choice of classes and field trips* (some field trips require additional fees)

  •     Institute T-shirt

  •     Thursday awards ceremony

  •     Tote bag, note pad and door prizes

​1. Roommate preference - Please indicate your roommate preference on the registration form. If you are attending alone and choose double occupancy, a roommate will be selected for you. 

​

2. Single room availability - A set fee has already been negotiated for rooms based on double occupancy. Those who desire a single room will be responsible for paying the difference in the price beyond the negotiated rate - for a total of $750.

*Single rooms are not guaranteed until full payment is received.

3.. Payments - may be made by PayPal (credit card option available), cash, or check. Please note there is a $15 surcharge added to PayPal payments. 

​

4. Registration Check in - is Sunday from 1:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. 

Saturday arrivals will incur additional fees:

$100 for single room

$50 for double room

 

5. Transportation from the Greensboro PTI Airport - email requests to the executive director along with your itinerary if you need a lift from the airport to campus.

*6. Field Trips fees - are not included in the cost of registration. Check with your agency to see if the cost is covered before committing. 

​

7. Attire - It's casual! There is no dress code. Wear what is comfortable, what is appropriate for the weather and field trips. Some prefer to wear their work uniform, others do not.  For the Thursday evening awards ceremony, uniforms or are often worn.
