2026 Registration Fees and Information

Standard Full Registration $500 - Sunday-Friday

  • Session will have an option for single room occupancy 

  • Session II will only have double occupancy rooms

COMMUTER Registration $275 - Sunday to Friday

​1. Roommate preference - Please indicate your roommate preference on the registration form. If you are attending alone and choose "two-person occupancy," a room mate will be chosen for you. 

2Single room occupancy 

  • Single rooms are not guaranteed until full payment is received. 

  • Single rooms are not available at Session II

  • Any questions relating to this policy should be directed toward the executive director

3. Payments - can be made by PayPal (credit card option available), cash, or check. Please note there is a surcharge of $10 for commuters and $25 for full registration surcharge added to PayPal payments. 

4. Standard Registration Check in - is Sunday from 1:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. 

Early check-in/Saturday arrivals will incur additional $50 fee:

*5. Field Trips fees - are not included in the cost of registration. Check with your agency to see if the cost is covered before committing. 

6. Attire - It's casual! There is no dress code. Wear what is comfortable, what is appropriate for the weather and field trips. Some prefer to wear their work uniform, others do not.  For the Thursday evening awards ceremony, uniforms or are often worn.
